About Ray Morris-Hill

On graduating from the University of Cambridge with an M.A. in Economics, Ray began his career as an Industrial Economist with Unilever.

After gaining his ACMA accountancy qualification he moved into Finance with the Burton Group. In 1989 he joined Selfridges to set up their new direct mail catalogue business and was responsible for Finance, Operations and Marketing. Ray joined Laura Ashley in 1993 to manage their Home Shopping businesses in the UK and USA. After a spell running Harrods worldwide home shopping business in 1996, he set up his consultancy business Ray Morris-Hill Associates.

Ray is based in Victoria, Central London.
